INGREDIENTS
water, ethanol, Hammemelis, virginiana (witch hazel) flower / leaf distillate, propanediol, organic Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed extract, sodium benzoate, rose (Rosa damascena) oil absolute.
HOW TO USE
Twist cap counter-clockwise to raise dispensing pump. Moisten cotton ball with toner and wipe over face and neck. Use on clean skin twice daily, before applying moisturizer. Avoid eyes. For external use only. Use only as directed. Store at room temperature. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Not recommended for sensitive skin.
